Car cut off on me twice yesterday?

Hey guys,
I have 2004 530i SMG w.31K
last night I was waiting on red light.. and the car suddenly shutdown on me... I was in 1st gear... the started back up just fine... then it happen again... I got no error message or anything.. any clue what could have cause this?

My 2007 did this once. Dealer got a fault for high battery drain, and said it caused the cut off. I chalked it up as an electrical glitch.

It hasn't happened since.

interesting... I have my woofer on... maybe that could be the reason

Something similar to happened to me, although mine has some sort of explanation. I just installed my Juice Box and came back from a drive testing it out and what not, pushing the car, and I was stopped on my hill talking to my friends and they wanted to hear if the car sounded different so I prepared to givei t a lil power up the hill, took my foot off the brake and the car started rolling back and shut off!!! It almost seemed like the car stalled! I have a sport auto tranny...I was like WTF? NO ENGINE light or anything...strange but it didnt happen after as the car kinda waited on the hill for me to accelerate once the brake was released...
