These guys sold an e46 M3 to one of our customers 1.5 years ago and the car had a unibody damage. They didnt disclose that to him and carfax/autocheck didnt say anything. They did give him a carfax. He found out when he was trying to sell the car last week. We put it up on the lift and car is fine. It was the rear quarter-panel and it was replaced. Car's is fine and nothing is wrong but when he's trying to sell the car now, the value got lowered by a lot from the report. Carfax shows nothing. Autocheck shows EVERYTHING. It states the car went through the auction as a unibody. To top that off, they gave him a different carfax from another e46 M3 at the time they sold him the car. When he showed me the carfax, it was the wrong VIN!!
