any clue??? besides the fact that the price is a bit high for a 53K miles car, I can't see anything wrong with the advertisement itself except for "We accept all major creidt cars" whatever that means in auto sales. Credit "cars" as down payment???

Look at the interior pics, the nav is wrong for a 2009, thats a pre-LCI M5 being advertised as an LCI, False advertising is a crime and they should be shot for that

that is an LCI interior, I can tell by the door panels. The NAV wasn't always CIC in all 2009's, it could be an early production 2009 which probably still had CCC NAV.
Other than that the only thing I see wrong is the price, way too high for that mileage.

ah... But if you look at the first interior pic on the top right, the driver's door panel is pre-lci.... So I think they may have more than one M5, and somehow got a couple of pics mixed up.

We'd need a better look, because the rear door panels are DEFINITELY LCI panels, and having the front pre-LCI and the rear LCI would look truly ridiculous.

Yeah man, and in the third interior shot from the rear passenger's side, you can see the front LCI driver's door panel, so I think they must have mixed up the 2 other interior pics from some other 5.

It has 2006-2008 mirrors. pre-LCI climate controls and heated seat controls. front pre-LCI door panels. rear LCI door panels.
