Can someone please give me the Service Bulliton # for mp3 to work?

my brother 2007 530i w/nav is post to arrive soon, was wondering if I should bring along the Service Bullion # for them to reflash it for me or should the newer model already be equipped? thanks

A source of irritation with SO as even if I am not "on a forum" I am doing research. I keep hard copy as well of the more significant SIBs including older versions of updated ones as BMW does sneak in some changes when you aren't looking
Does take some time. Which reminds me, about time for a list update in the Dealers section sticky. Will try to do that in the next day or two. Trying to get the latest new -07 SIBs.

My Ride: "Angel I's" 2005 525i Debadged, Remote Homelink, Full Burl Package, Cold Weather PKG, Premium Sound PKG, BMW Wheel Stems, Biege Rubba Matz, EURO Tag, Dual Zone Vents, Automatic Car Ventilation, Rescue Kit. Due up: Aux Input, TINT, and K&N Filter and some Zaino LOVE for my Angel.
I gave up also. Build date 10/04 for my Angel. Got the update which was great for other things such as bluetooth and BMW Assist, no good for the CD/MP3 connection. So after reading this, I called my service guy and he's gonna do what he has to do.......no charge. We'll see, I'm scheduled next week for my chrome trim repair.....no charge!!! Better service than PORSCHE, wanted to charge for everything!!!!!!!!!!
