I don't know about a strike but I was out in my boat today off of the Port of L.A. and then down south...and the number of ships backed up is quite large. Haven't seen so many cargo ships backed up since the actual strike that occured a year or so ago.
But based on the comments I've seen here...I don't think any of those ships are filled with BMW's
