Next E60 Official announcement?
#1
I was just reading the new 5 document I posted last week (link here), and it just hit me.
Some data points:
- The dateline of the article is September 15th 2003.
- My BMW salesman told me that he will be going to South Carolina (I think) on September 11th 2003 to test drive the new 5 and learn about it so he can sell it effectively. He said he will be back in town on the 14th.
- RichReg said on Roadfly that there are a large number of E60 in NJ waiting to be shipped out. My salesman said the demo should arrive mid September.
So my guess is there will be more official announcement around the week of September 15th.

Yes that is correct, training for the new Five will be taking place for all salespeople very soon. According to David on Roadfly, demos may actually begin arriving at dealerships as early as the beginning of next week;

They really can't keep them sitting around @ the V.D.C. for very long.....
