A/C Blower doesn't immediately work on startup?
Hey guys, have a problem with my 2006 E60 530i. When I start my car, my A/C blows cold air, but won't start blowing at max (even when Max A/C is pushed or the blower setting is set to max). It just blows at like 3-4 clicks up, which is quite weak, but still gets air flowing.
After 5-6 minutes of driving, the blower then immediately comes to life and blows air as hard as it can (mostly because I leave it at its maximum setting).
Looking around, I only saw one thread about this, and it was old. My car was recently serviced, and it appears that they have replaced my battery. Could my battery change be causing this? Possibly the battery is low or something of that sort? That would make sense, as the alternator would supplement a voltage to the battery (causing it to be viewed as higher). Does anyone know the nominal voltage of the car when it is running?
Thanks for any advice!

The battery by itself should be above 12.0 volts, better 12.2 - 12.5 volts, with the car accessories on but engine not started. Then, upon starting, the alternator provides above 14.0 volts, better 14.2 - 14.4 volts, to provide a charge to the battery and run the electronics.
