My Ride: 2008 Jet Black 528i Navigation, heated seats, premium
BMW CPO warranty is not bumper to bumper in US, as it is not an extension of the 4-year original warranty. It also does not cover NAV or radio system components. Not sure about in Canada, though.

My Ride: 2008 535xi Platinum Gray, Black Dakota Leather, Sport Pkg
Nothing I love more than know-it-all responses fro people who don't know what they're talking about. BMW offered an 18" staggered factory setup on these cars, and half the XI owners on this forum are successfully running staggered. Sheesh!

Thank-you all for your responses!!
The minute I sat in the 535xi, started it up and drove off the lot for my test drive, I was sold. I just melted into the seats, felt confident in the cars abilities, the car kept up with the pressure I put on it. When I drive, I drive to win and I can see myself doing that in this car.
Just as a note, I tried very hard to get out of the BMW. I thought it would be a great idea to save a few dollars and look for alternate cars/SUV that offer AWD like. Rather than going through a list of cars I test drove. The worst of the bunch were: 2010 Acura TL-AWD and 2008 Infiniti FX35. The Acura drove like a 2003 Honda Civic. Don't get me wrong I love Honda cars, but if you pay that kind of money it better drive like its worth it. It really lacked any soul whatsoever. It was just a boring, dull ride.
(Btw... I don't think I have to explain myself to BMW enthusiasts. But I don't drive unsafe, I just drive safely in front of everyone else. Since I can't predict how anyone else will drive its just best I be in front). )

Bob,
Glad to hear that you love the 535xi. I have a 2008 and while I have had my fair share of problems related to the N54 engine (HPFP etc.), I just love getting in my car. My wife has a very nice car too and I really lament the days I drive her car. Unless things change reliability wise as I approach 100K miles (I am only at 42K right now), I will probably keep this car for a long tiime.
