There is a lot of interest as to the effects, if any, to the ride of an lowered 60 that has the sports package. Can you provide any input to the ride quality. Any faults set, any improvement, etc.

Thanks Brian! and if I haven't said it already, your car is looking nice!
Aaron, I have driven the 5 series with and without the sports package and much prefer the handling with the sports package. It is firmer but it definitely handles better. It rides firmer but at 75 to 80 it really handles well. Test drive them. Both handle well, it is just a matter of preference. It you want active roll and active steering, then the sports package is in. These features sold me.

BMWHobo,
Thanks for the input. I have driven both and before I drove the sports package, I wasn't going to get it (cost), but not it is on my "must" list. And, I don't think the sports package cars need to be any lower. I've seen many in person and they look perfect to me. Also, when in motion, they look even lower. It could be my eyes playing tricks on me though. There were others interested in the sports package lowered, but I would just get it and keep it at the manufacturing height. Just add custom wheels and go.
