Brakes slightly moaning

So on the way home yesterday I did some more brake bedding. I spent some extra time on it. I probably did the moderate braking from 40mph at least 10 times and hard braking about the same. In the end, it seems the brakes were considerably quieter. At some points, I have to listen\look for it for me to hear it. Basically, if I really concentrate on staying at the speed limit (even though other cars are going faster than me), I probably won't be able to hear it. At harder braking, I can. Basically, I can live with that.
However, there's a squeak coming from the rear that's only there if the brakes are warm. In the morning, as I slowly go back and forward and then slowly navigate out of my driveway there's no squeak. By the time I get to work and stop to enter my parking card *squeak*, then slowly drive to my parking spot and slow down to park..I hear a pulsating squeak as if it's coinciding with each revolution of the rotor. the squeak pulse lengthens as I slow down more...then it disappears, then the car stops.
Same thing at the end of the day. When leaving work, the brakes are quiet. When I get home and start to park, the brakes do the pulsating squeak. What's the fix for that??

That can be a simple fix, if the tech who installed them did not use enough brake grease then they will squeak. As the metal in the caliper and pad expands, due to heat, the tolerances between them will get tighter.
tell them to try:
1) Remove the caliper and pads from the car
2) clean thoroughly with brake parts cleaner
3) Apply copious amounts of brake lube to the back and tips of the pads and the channel in the caliper they sit in
4) Go through proper bedding procedure, 40-10-40 is not enough, proper bedding means 60-10-60-10 until you can smell the brakes and start to feel some fade. This would indicate that a proper amount of brake pad material has been left on the calipers.
Good enough?

I watched him do it. He always makes me watch everytime he has worked on my cars so that I'll be familiar with it. I swear he used a good load of brake lube on it. I brought some Brakleen can to him. He used it around the outside of the calipers. He says that he doesn't use it inside because it might be too harsh on the inner rubber seal of the caliper and could dry it up. So he just wiped around the area. I'll try the Brakleen stuff and just wipe it up right away. THANKS!
