Hey all,
I was about to join wifey in bed when I thought I'd check one last time tonight to see if the bmwusa website has the updated engines and they did. I haven't jumped into the website in detail, but it looks like it went up by $500 dollars. I have it open now, let me dig a little further!

Facts to state:
It is listed as a 2006 MY
The sports pack is only $2000. Active steering still shows up in the SP description, but I'm pretty confident its out of their (based on price).
Sat prep is gone, only satellite radio is available
Everything else is pretty much the same (this is for a 525i by the way). My car should now be $500 less.
530 is a MY2006 as well. The sports pack for the 530 is 300 more than the 525i (must be the diff in wheels); however the premium package is $200 less. Looks like Active Xenons are now standard on the 530, and I don't know what else may be different because I haven't been following the 530s as closely.
The 545 appears to be the same, and it is still labeled as a 2005 MY.

You're welcome.
Does anyone truly know why the SP for the 530 is more? It wasn't that way before was it? Or, do you think this might be an error?

I heard that the active steering is not included that's why it's cheaper by $1000..
