$1900-2200 seems very high for this.
The Maintenance Program isn't warranty so I wouldn't think electronics would be covered. But your brakes, major service (60k service), oil changes, filter changes, etc. are part of the program. Since I drive a lot, the maintenance extension would make sense to me. I'm sure I'll need brakes at least once before the program comes due and I'll definitely drive beyond 60k, just these two services and I would have covered the cost of what I paid for the extension. I also track/autocross the car as often as I have time for, so I'm definitely going to get my money's worth.
