Default Bmw E60 Amplifier location

Hi everyone. I have a big problem finding the Amplifier for my bmw e60 525d 2006.
I bought it last year and i noticed that the rear speakers doesn't work properly. When i had a look, the speakers wires, are disconnected from the Amplifier. I suppose one of the owners disconnected them i don't know why.
Now i tried to find the amp to reconnect the speakers and maybe to upgrade them but it seems impossible to find it. I had a look on the right part of the trunk but nothing.
The car is right hang driving.
If anyone could indicate me where can I found the amp location will be great.
Thank you in advance

How do you know that the wires were disconnected from the amplifier if you can't locate the amplifier? If you mean the wires at the speakers have been disconnected and they, of course, go to the amplifier that you can't locate, then just reconnect the wires and see (listen).

If it is the standard stereo (not Logic 7), then I believe the rear speakers are powered by the radio. Only the subwoofers would be powered by a separate amp.

Each speaker have about 1.5mt of wire attached . the previous owner has disconnected the other extremities of the wires from the amp or stereo not from the speakers. In a few words, in the trunk i've got only the wires coming from the speakers.

most probably because yesterday i look in the trunk and what i found on the left side is only Harman/Becker Mulf2 module but doesn't look like an amplifier.
