Rudy thanks for the site but $2500 for a repair/service manual/guru is pushing it. I was looking for something like a chilton or hayes manual.

Are the $10 ebay dvd manuals any good? apparently they tell you how to fix everything and gives the part numbers or any part you need

Do a bit of searching here for TIS...

There have been many discussions about it over the years and I think your questions will be answered.

Yea i was reading the ebay feedback on the sellers and alot of them commented how it was hard to install. Im going to do a bit of research on the TIS like Rudy suggested.

Unhappy

For years,(10) I have been searching for a shop manual for my Volvo S80. I finally bought a Haynes european version. I didnt expect much and i was not disappointed. Dont even waste your money. Additionally there was a person selling a Volvo S80 CD on ebay. That was a joke. It was a bunch of generic repairs on random cars almost like a HS shop class textbook. I sent it back and he returned my money.
To me the big issue is "how does it work" and "how do I fix it". Particularly in the key service areas.
Eventually I developed a file of some repair items that I found on forums. Our automotive brothers and sisters are great at this. Yes it is a conspiracy, but thats part of the new century.
There are some professional subscriptions out there but they are very expensive. Even those are almost useless without dealer programming capabilities.
