I just got a ticket last week for not having a front license, a real dissapointment. I was wondering if anyone had a front license plate bracket that theyre not using and would like to let me take it off theyre hands. Thanks for the help

BMW's license plate frame requires drilling into the front bumper - there are other alternatives that are nearly free ... like a good plate frame and 3M automotive double-sided tape

Put it up with some masking tape and take the picture to court to get out of the ticket. Then pull that sucker off of there. Do you have any idea how many cars ride around without a front license plate? It's really a stupid law. Here in Illinois, it's a freakin moving violation! Bastards.....

Convicts have been making license plates since the 1920. It is BIG business in most states. With the downturn in the economy now just imagine how much money the states could save by cutting their license plate manufacturing cost in half by just eliminating the front license plate?

But seldom does government shrink itself...

I have a spare OEM one that's alpine white, you might want to look for one of those low profile ones that doesn't require you to drill into the front of the bumper.
