I have a SAT tuner I will sell to you.

The dealer will want a couple hundred $$ to enable the SAT or you can look for a forum member near year that is doing NCS Expert coding and they can enable it.

See my HD radio retrofit (in my signature) for related information.
i would like to buy your sirius receiver, how much will you sell it for? please be reasonable...thanks

here's my pic of where module goes. Does this mean I'm prewired. Does it need retrofit?

Thanks in advance?

After installing your receiver in your left rear trunk area, and changed the fiber optic cables, you can code the Car with NCSExpert. You need to add to the vehicle order (VO or FA on NCSExpert) $655 and delete $693 to the vehicle order. Once you process the unit and it's been added to your VO, you will need to Edit the CAPPL module and add the following to the file so it will show up on your Head unit as SAT:

SDARS
aktiv

After that the satellite receiver will work on channel 184 and a message will display to call a 1-888 number to activate the Sirius Service.

It's very simple to install and also code if you have NCSExpert and have learned how to code your car.

Hope this all makes sense.
