Another question for LCI E60 owners...

Back the old days (2004! 
) you had to order the Navigation to get voice control because Nav (CCC) and non-Nav (M-ASK) cars used different computer systems. Today, all use the CCC computer. Does that mean you no longer need Navigation for voice control such as controlling a Bluetooth phone? Needless to say, my sales guy had no clue. 
I so rarley use any Nav system. Don't have it in my 545 but do have a Garmin Nuvi for the very rare occasion it is needed. Basically I'm a cheapskate at heart and don't want to spend the $1,900 for Nav! Now's your chance to talk me into it... Let the games begin!

My first NAV so I don't know the answer, sorry.

Correct. Starting in 2005 all cars NAV or No NAV included voice dialing for the BlueTooth phone. I'm guessing its still the same for LCI cars... I think without NAV you'll only have voice command for the phone and not the menu's to the iDrive
