Try cycling the ignition to "on" without starting the car a few times, for five or so seconds each time. If it starts up immediately when cold, chances are it's a leaky injector. You can crank the car (as you did in the video) for a few seconds without starting it and see if the cylinder 6 plug is wet. Or you can just swap the #6 injector with one of the others and see if the misfire code follows.

Hi everybody, so my rough idle is completely gone. I changed two things im not sure which one cured it. I changed petrol station and bled the coolant (https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Vent-Bl...E60-E90/119268). I will post again if it comes back but its been a few days now and cold starts are perfect.

Thanks for coming back and closing your thread out.

More than likely it was the gas that was the issue. I can't see coolant having anything to do with combustion.

That scenario reminds me of an issue with my very first BMW. Had rough idle and almost stalling at times. Took it to my indy mechanic, and he asked what gas I used. It was cheap gas. He told me BMWs are picky with gas. I was advised to only use low-contaminate gas. I did not believe him, but I tried better gas just to prove him wrong. Haha.

Well, my problem went away and so, ever since then, I don't run cheap gas in any BMWs. You can run cheap gas and add techron or seafoam when you fill up, but it'll amount to the same cost as using better gas.
