Ok, this is gonna sound a little f'd up but take a bar of soap and put it on the belt as it's moving if you can, I promise you it will quiet it down. It may not last long but basically you are just lubricating the belt this way.

I have had the same problem the last two winters. Last winter replaced the serpentine belt and it went away. This winter guess what! It was the belt again, since i'm out of warranty BMW wanted 120 bucks to look at the car to see if their part was actually defective and if they didn't determine it was the belt I still had to pay the fee. Thats why I love my indy shop, replaced with aftermarket belt! 40 bucks score! But my car wined like crazy!

Lubricating the belt will only cover up the symptom - the problem still remains...
Strange that you had it happen again so soon. I've had mine on for 82K and so far, so good..... Sure you just didn't get a bad or overly tensed belt????
