Default Alarm Malfunction - Solution and Question

Experienced an alarm malfunction whereby it would go off every 10-15 minutes. Searched here and found that a common cause is the hood sensor switch. Unplugged it and haven't had a problem since. Thanks to all who contribute to this forum.

My question: looked on Real OEM Parts and that switch no longer seems to be available with no alternative/replacement listed. where can I buy one?
