Probably your adaptive headlight module is burned

Has anyone install additional bulb into the dummy projector on LCI headlight? I retrofitted LCI onto my pre e60 but the output of HID is not what I would expect. So I was about to install a new low-beam LED into that dummy projector to see if it helps brightening things up.

However Im not sure if its done before and if it affects any of the current/electric yet. I haven't install LM2 either but plan to do it soon.

You'll have to open the headlight up, there is no bulb holder for the dummy lens.

There's a great guy on here called Evan who's done quad projectors, maybe read his thread

Hi I'm new and I'm not sure how to start a thread.
I Just bought Mtec LCI H8 Led angel eyes. Only the driver side works with these new angel eyes. My OEM's work fine on both side. Both mtec angel eyes work on the driver side, neither work on the passenger.

Does anyone know what the problem might be? It's not the bulb obviously.

My car is a 2008 550i with adaptive/xenon headlights
