You're being taken for a ride. If I were you, I'd do one or both of the following:
1) I'd get a second opinion from a different dealer (who may offer a much cheaper path to resolution for you); and/or
2) I'd tell the service manager at your initial dealership that they need to get the BMW field engineer involved. The field engineer will inspect your car and will properly diagnose your issue.
I'd also suggest calling BMWNA at some point. They will, in all likelihood, try to dodge any responsibility for the issue by telling you that most dealers are "independently owned and operated" and thus they can't help you. What you need to do is ask for an appointment with the BMWNA regional manager and tell him or her that you would like to meet with him and the GM at your dealership to discuss their handling of your issue.
Good luck, and keep us posted.

Wel, I took the cheapo route and had the oil filter cover/drainbolt replaced this morning. I figure that maybe the oil pan deal is actually oil flowing back from the jack drain plug, so far so good. I've found better prices on the "rack job" by shopping around and I will most def have them do the work if neccesary, plus re-diagnose the problem before I shell out the cash for the parts. But really thanks guys for the support and the positive inputs!

Took the car to a different dealership and guess what?!! They reset some numbers in the lean angle sensor and no more AS warning light, saved a bunch of cash by getting a second opinion. This may only be a temp fix but at least they tried to fixed instead of replace it from the get go. This is alot more like customer service, rather than a "stealership" experience.
