Activating BMW Assist

My Ride: 530i Mystic Blue, Beige Leather, Sport, Premium, Prem Sound, Xenon, Nav, Steptronic, Power Shade

I tried activating my BMW Assist today, but it failed 3 times consecutively.
should i just keep trying?

It gives me a data transmission error. Any comments?

Oh Oh. Take it to the dealer. They will need to do some programming. Maybe upgrade your software.

Sounds like your dealer never activated. Your dealer needs to activate BMW Assist. It is simple, they enter your persoanl inoformation a vehicale data on line with BMW. Unitl this is done your assist module is not active.

yep, you are right -- the dealer had not activated it yet.

He said he will activate it today.

I'll let you know if it is something else.
