550i E60 Engine Noise & Leak

(don't mind me being a retard and not spotting the leak until late in the video):
Model Year: 2006
Mileage: 66,700
iDrive: All systems okay.
On my way back from a long trip, I noticed an engine noise - opened the hood and found nothing leaking. Came home - checked again - same noise and a minor leak.
Before I go into service, I want you guys to be the judges and tell me what I'm going to expect on repairs & cost.
& yes - I still have CPO
