I'm in SoCal and also interested in which dealer you're using Speedracer.

All right, after 6,000 miles and 5 visits (10 trips), my tapping noises are finally GONE!!!
The culprit for my pain is formally causes by a slacky "Cam Chain Tesnsioner". When CCT warms up, it will expand a bit and so it would not make any noise. That's why it only taps in the first 5 minutes when cold.
Now, my engine is behaving like it should. I can still detect a very faint, slight tapping from the engine bay, but it is so slight and goes away in 60 seconds. I can definitely live with this, as I think it is normal.
Thanks again for all who helped me to make my case with BMWNA. I would have already sold my car if it wasn't for your help. I just wish I asked for help sooner and be more persistent at it.
I am glad that they didn't have to replace the Valvetronic Intermediate Valve, as ANDY545 and Epochii had. Doing so, it would require that my engine to be opened and who know what can happen down the road. But I was willing to go through it if replacing the CCT still did not work.
For all whom are interested, the sound clip of my engine before the fix is posted above. You can hear for yourself to see what it's like to live with a noisy engine for 6,000 miles on a 65K+ new automobile. I am sure you won't believe why the dealers did not want to fix my car in the first place.
