easiest visible way is to look at your window trim. if it is chrome, it is standard. if it is black shadowline, it is sport package. hope this helps

Isn't the interior quite a bit different to or no?

My 545's VIN reports "Sport Suspension", but it's not a sport. Strange stuff! Is that all VINs, regardless of package I wonder?

I can't agree to that.

Shadowline can be orderd as an option, BMW SA 339A, without having sport package, BMW SA 226A.

Ask your dealer for an option list

Not so in the US, where the original poster is from. It is possible the trim was changed at a later date but NeRwEEzy is correct for US cars...

Wheels can be changed, trim can be changed so look for your active roll stabilization (ARS) on the car's anti roll bars. Should look like a big can in the middle of your front and rear roll bars. Don't know of anyone that's taken this off their e60...

From the pictures that you have it looks like you got the sports package unless the guy that owned the car before you lowered it. The sports package is lower in the front then the none sports. How about your steering wheel? Is it three spoke?
