lolol ya if CPO doesn't work out I'll look into buybacks.

what sort of warranty would i get for buying a buyback? Can I still take it to BMW for it to become a CPO?

yep yep I have that =)

I really don't want to settle for a 3 though. Mainly because it's too small for a midsize giant like me.

No you may not.. I'm sorry to say

But the original 4Year warrenty still remains, also the car I bought had the extra 2 year maintainence program already there (:

You could always try a third party extended warranty though.

All I have to say is get the exact car you want, even if it takes some time to find it. I sold my car not knowing it would be so hard to find a AW 5 series..I initially liked the 550i sport cuz of the msport package, but test drove it vs the 535 and fell in love with the 535. Took me 2-3 months to find my AW/black. Was almost gonna give up and get a space gray, my second choice, but I'm glad I waited. I went to Shelly, Sterling, Irvine, but finally found one in my price range at Beverly Hills BMW using autotrader.com. Good luck with your search

I spent a couple months searching. When you finally find what you have been looking for, stressing out over wondering if I got a "great" buy becomes less of an issue- I got what I wanted and was willing to pay what seemed like 1-2k too much.

Dec 31st:

'08 535xi Sport - CPO, Black Sapphire/ natural brown, tinted windows, NAV, PDC, Logic 7, SAT, HUD, Night Vision, Cold Wthr, Comfort Access, 55,000 miles = $33,800

It's the mid-cycle design refresh which, for the E60, started with the 2008 model year.
