On the 520D you have one pipe output. I will have the M-sportkit installed and I want to have an look of a double pipe without changing a lot?
What is the best choice I can do?

What is wrong with the exhaust pipe you have?
The 525d would have had two pipes
but
the 520d is a swell car!
The answer to your affectational matter is ie Hamann or
your local tuning company.

This is a Post I submitted in late January 2007, which summarises what the main BMW tuners offer:

If you are able to modify your car, you're sorted with these solutions.
If however, like myself, you are not able to cut/modify your car because its leased, then its a matter of searching tuner web-pages.
The more expensive option is to replace the whole exhaust system. I had a quick look at a couple of tuners' products and they were all around the EUR 1000 range. (Not an option for me on a 2-3 year leased company car.)
If you come across a good basic solution, please let us know...!!!
