My 2005 525i will soon reach 50 000 km. What does this 50K km inspection cover/include? Is it only visual inspection or more 'serious' inspection?

anyone? the user manual contains a checklist of items to be checked, but it does not refer to this particular inspection/service.

The car is out or warranty it also passed belgian technical control. not really sure do I really need this inspection or skip it?
