You have a vacuum leak. I would do a smoke test to pin point it. If you have not changed the PCV system before plan on doing it also if it's not where your leak is. I would recommend to not change one part plan one changing them all because if they are old you will break a hose replacing just one piece.

PCV was changed 9/4/19 at 187,000 miles. Intake boot and fuel injection idle air control valve gasket was genuine everything else OE or Rein.

Just the PCV and not the whole system? I would do a smoke test and proceed with what you find. If only the PCV was replaced there's a good chance the tubes are your corporate or the intake boot. I am not suggesting you just change parts. I am suggesting you diagnose with a smoke test first then go forward.
