25 second trick

This may be a stupid question but I am little confused. You put the car in aux position, put your foot on the gas and the break for 25 seconds, do you take your foot off the gas before you start it or do you start it with your foot on the gas?

read this - about 5 or 6 posts down it says exactly how to do it

Thanks for the response but it doesn't answer my question. After the 25 sec do you let up the gas and then start or do you keep your foot on the gas and start?

yes, let go of the gas after 25-30 sec's. some guys held down the gas for 1 full min. Don't keep your foot on the gas when you start.
