So I just replaced the MULF2 unit in my car which brought back my AUX and my BT (hasn’t worked since I got the car on 9/1/2022)… I didn’t even have to code the new box… my phone came right up and the original BT call sign for my car even stayed the same w/o coding anything

my question is: when I plugged in my iPhone 13 Pro Max, the system told me that ‘USB device not compatible’

has anyone else not been able to connect their phones to an original MASK/CCC? Am I reduced to using a USB ‘stick’ or only using an AUX cable? (I like using Pandora/Apple music/SiriusXM)
