Try that with a SMG or MAN and I bet you'll have hot coffee in your lap.
personally, i like the way how a SMG (in sport mode) pushes u forward when switching gears in higher rpms, it feels really sporty. Btw just curious, does the SAT have a clutch?

No, it is the same physical transmission as in the steptronic/ auto.

Well being that I drove a manual most of my life, that feeling was natural in my SMG, but when I had a passenger, they used to look at me funny. "you're in the big expensive 4 door luxury car, why is it jerking me back and fourth like that", that kinda look. Or maybe they just thought I couldn't drive. And I also got tired of having to instruct everyone that drove my car (gf/valet. etc.) "remember to put the parking brake on before you get out"...."don't take your foot off the brake at the light or on a hill or you'll roll backwards"

yeah i don't blame u on that, i mean its not like i let anyone drive it except the valet or the staff at the car wash but the fact that you have to pull the emergency break every time u park it could be annoying. i remember the first day i got the car, after parking i pulled the e-break halfway up, left the car and closed it and all of a sudden the car started moving backwards. since than i always make sure to lift that thing all the way up until its about to break
