What made you change those parts? Did you have a code that said those parts were bad? You will go broke throwing parts at a BMW. You need to read the errors to see what's going on to isolate the issue before changing parts. Your issue can be a lot things.

 

I don't know but i disconnect the ac control panel and the fan is work normally
i change the ac panel and the fan stiil problem

 

Ok. You need to have someone diagnose it for you if you do not have the necessary tools to.
