2007 525i radiator fan issue
see that's strange I had heat tho now I notive it gets a lot warmer since new thermo, and I can definatly hear the fan kick on an off like it used to so im pretty sure everything with the temp of the car is fine now.

I'm not saying it was cold but it definitely was not hot like it should be. I noticed a big difference in the rear vents
Greetings guys, this is my first post right here. So my 525i 2006 have almost the same overheating issue. What were done is as below:
- New coolant hose O-ring (all), and therefore the leak is fixed.
- Cooling system is flushed.
- New coolant with 50+50 mixture.
- Bleeding was done (3 times), just to make sure there's no air.

Are you reading the ODB codes with a BMW specific code reader? It could be that your water pump is starting to die. I would expect some codes, but maybe not with a generic code reader.
Hi, I use thinkdiag mini and it has BMW software inside which reads specific codes for BMWs, as tested before it can throw code for my gearbox bridge port failure so I assume it is okay haha. As for the water pump I did the bleeding with the holding down the accelerator pedal down for 10 seconds method and it runs the electric pump to bleed so I assume that it is fine? (I could be wrong tho) Thank you very much for the response, cheers!
