Check for vacume leaks , cause it will cause an erratic idle and throw and increased emissions error. If a valve cover is leaking it can lose vacume there , a CCV and vacume hoses . Also a bad o ring from the valvetronic motors , and the secondary air hoses under the intake manifold ...

If there was a vacume leak. Wouldnt my car be driving bad all the time? It will only drive bad if I dont let it warm up.

I'm Really sorry, but it cracks me up how people throw parts at a car to try and fix. Take your car to a repair shop. How many hundreds of dollars have you wasted already? Maybe time to sell and buy a Honda?
