2004 530i - RPM Surging/Stalling Issue

I would start by physically looking at the crankshaft area to ensure your oil filter housing is not leaking enough to damage it. If so it needs to be replaced with an OEM. The 2 sensors are the only thing that will prevent the car from starting that's on the list. If you did a smoke test why do you think it's the CCV? seems the car is lacking maintenance and it has come to a head. Focus on the 2 sensors and once it cranks you can address the other codes. You need a proper BMW code reader because right now you're looking at changing out cats with the 420 and 430 codes.
Oh I believe its important to know that the PO actually went catless so that might be the reason as to why its pulling those codes.

Why hasn't a tune been put on the car if it's catless. Please say the didn't get rid of the O2 sensors. This car seems like a ticking time bomb.

I still have both o2’s on them
