Hey,

I have a 04 530i and all of the sudden my key remote stopped working and it doesn't open the door, the weird thing is that my backup remote also stopped working at the same time. I know its suppose to recharge once you drive but even after driving neither of the key remotes works. Any idea what the problem could be?

Also when i start my car in the morning(especially when its cold) the gauge starts making a thumping noise and the gauge arrows stay in place on zero for like a minute or two and then go back to normal. anythoughts on this.
