Default 2 monitors will not set, no codes, failed inspection!

This car is really pushing my buttons lately. I cleared a misfire 2-3 weeks ago. No more check engine since. Car runs fine. I went to get it inspected and it failed! EVAP and secondary air are not set. I have no codes or anything at least via obdII. Any idea??

How many miles have you driven after resetting the codes? Not only the number of miles, several drive cycles are needed for some of the monitors to be ready.

Yep, has to go through a certain number of miles, start/stop cycles, etc. It'll just take more time.
