Default Oil leak

Hello all,
Today I saw some oil on my garage floor. It seems to come from the front of the engine compartment. By looking between the radiator and the engine from above, I can see some oil at the bottom. What are the potential sources of leak around that area?
Thanks!

Only way to be sure is to remove the bottom splash guard and look for source of leak. First identify the fluid that's leaking - engine oil, power steering fluid, trans fluid, brake fluid, etc.

Usual suspects are oil filler cap may not be tight, oil drain plug may not have been tightened properly, valve cover gasket leak, oil filter cap leak, oil filter housing gasket leak, lower pan gasket leak, etc.

Take some pictures and post here...

There is another possibility....there is a small amount of oil in the lower control arm bushings. It doesn't amount to much, but I was very confused as to the source initially. Both right and left have leaked on my car and are awaiting fixing. 2006 and 59,000 miles.

My lower arm bushings were replaced last summer. So i do not think this is coming from the bushing. I have an appointment at the dealer for the rear lamp recall. I will have this checked at the same time. I will let you know the outcome.
Thanks for your input!

Finally, the leak comes from the engine oil cooler.
