I get about 17mpg in town.

13 sounds pretty bad... my 6" lifted Tahoe on 35" Mud terrains gets 12

Only having mine for a few months, I would have to agree that is really low. I drive city a lot and have reset mine several times and it always averages around 18. I'm not a lead foot at all.

ya like alot have said really depends on driving but if i'm going easy 16-17 no problem. i just drove down to SC from CT all highway 70-90mph most of it and i was got 26.7 one tank and other 25.8 and that's doing the math not going by what the computer was saying (which honestly was with in 1mpg ish)when i was driving mixed i would average 19-21 depending on how heavy my shoes were that week lol
