OK
o dont know what i did but the car starts up but when i turn it off it wont tunn back on unless i disconnect the - negative battery terminal several times and then it starts up
I dont get it

I dont get it

Sounds like IBS.
Disconnect (remove two wire connector - you don't need to remove the IBS) and try starting again.

found the problem
the alternator was bad and i replaced it and the POSITIVE cable somehow blew apart inside the red housing!!! i sqeeezed it back together and viola the car starts up and charges.... so now i may need a new positive cable

now i just have to figure out how to clear the crash data with airbag light but thats another thread

you're going to need a new positive cable. the cable has an explosive charge to server the main battery cable in case of a crash, while leaving a small one for emergency related systems. squeezing it back together is not going to provide a reliable connection. it's also the only way you're going to clear the airbag light (assuming there isn't a problem with an airbag or a pretensioner as well.)
