Think I'll leave mine as is, which is wide open all the time, but can easily be reverted back to oem if needed.

I installed the RPi exhaust last month and LOVE it!!!

I want to leave my flapper open all the time as well but I went under the car this morning and I could not see what you guys were describing. Maybe they changed something in the 08's? I have a 550i and only saw clean welding the whole way through the section 3. Any help would be much apprecaited! Thanks
