Angry

I've been getting into trouble with parking bumpers grabbing underneath my front bumper when backing out of parking stalls. It never happens when I ride alone (which is most of the time) but let just one passenger be in the car and that's all it takes.

So now the bottom of my front bumper is somewhat tore up and I need some suggestions on how to fix it nicely. I'm sure I am not the only one this has inadvertently happened to. Thanks in advance!

yes! that's exactly what i have! there are bits of the bumper hanging down where it got grabbed. if it was just scrapes i would not care (because you cannot see them unless you are under the car). how did you fix the pieces hanging down?

There is a rubber air deflector in front of each wheel. There is a rubber strip across the middle of the car. The wheel air deflectors are attached to a panel that is easy to replace. But it at the dealer for less than 30 dollars.

i ended up taking it to a bumper repair place and they just cut off the ragged part for $25. it looks great.

this could be a good excuse to get a fancy bumper cover like m5 style or something. ha.
