Maybe I'm missing something about your situation, but assuming you're leasing through BMWFS, it should be a hell of a lot cheaper to pay for more miles than to take the full depreciation hit yourself on a trade. Why not hang on to it and take advantage of the heavily subsidized BMWFS lease residual value?

But hey, if you've got the money, more power to you on getting a new one - (back to you're original question) I think the LCI 550 upgrades are significant.
