Default 06 530i Ignition Issues

I had my AC Compressor replaced, the car run fine for a day after that the car started running rough, check engine light came on with a 29D0 code combustion misfire cylinder 4, I had the spark plugs replaced and swapped the ignition coil from cylinder 4 to 5 before I replaced with a new coil, the car continued to misfire but now on cylinder #6 code 29D2 combustion misfire on cylinder 6 and 2A43 Valvetronic thermal overload protection warning threshold, after that I replaced the valvetronic motor/actuator and gasket, the car still run rough with the same misfire on cylinder 6, next step I went ahead and replaced all 6 ignition coils and now the car turns over but wont start at all and came back with two codes 2E8D intelligent battery sensor signal transmission, and 2E77 voltage supply ignition, is there anything I should do it before I tow it to a shop?

How is is the battery? Make sure it is charged up or still good. If you are getting all of that my thought either a weak battery or could be the alternator causing the weak battery but start with the battery

Battery was low in charge @ 12.12v so I had it slow charged overnight, the funny thing is that before I re-charged it the car will start for a few seconds and shut down now that it's fully charged it doesn't start at all. the battery is around 4 months old.
