I've been thinking about replacing the ignition coils myself cause BMW is trying to rob me by charging me $560 to replace one.

My 07 530I has about 56k miles.

A local BMW specialist recommends that i change all of the coils, and something else i forgot.

What parts are recommended to change at 56k miles?

If someone in these forums have a DIY for ignition coil replacement I would be truly grateful!
