05' e60 highbeam's angel eyes + eyebrows wont turn on

05' e60 highbeam's angel eyes + eyebrows wont turn on
I have a 05' e60 and ever since I got it, I noticed the high-beam-side angel eyes plus the eyebrows were off.
I've checked the connectors and they are not getting any power. the previous owner switched the rear taillights to lci ones and did some coding to the car (aux, rolling windows,etc) I suspect he turned off the eyebrows and angel eyes. Is there any way to code them back on?
