05 545 no audio working any ideas?

My Ride: 2004 545i m5 wheels m tech front bumper
I have a 2005 545i and the audio stoped working..doesnt even chime for no seat belts or for parking assist..now sos malfunction came up any ideas? I have already checked all the fuses and they are all good..all radio functions are working just no sound

I had this happen a while ago, I took it in and the dealer updated my software and no issues since. However when it happened to me my idrive went black too.
