04' 545i gearbox and idrive issues!

My Ride: 04' 545i in black with black VMR wheels, M5 front, rear and sides, quad exhaust system.
Because unfortunately they cant plug the leak into their laptop to tell them if they should change it! I think im going to insist they at least check the oil level. I wonder if that is something they are capable of doing. Would have thought so for £100pph labour! lol
